Alexis Sanchez looking to exit Inter Milan

tennis player

Alexis Sanchez is looking to leave Inter Milan this summer. French club Marseille have repeatedly expressed their interest in signing the player. The player has spurned all the advances by the club. However, according to recent reports, Sanchez has changed his mind and is now open to joining the club this summer. Marseille are confident that they can close the deal for the player by the end of this week

During Jorge Sampaoli’s tenure at Marseille, he was pushing for Sanchez to join the club this summer. Now, new manager Igor Tudor is also interested in signing the player to reinforce the squad. Talks are going well with the Ligue 1 club and the only hitch in the negotiations is the salary of Alexis Sanchez. However, if the deal is successful, Inter will have to pay a part of their salary. This is because Inter will be terminating the contract prematurely. They will have to pay severance to the player for his contract termination.

Inter Milan looking to offload Sanchez

Alexis Sanchez has played in a lot of big clubs in his career. Sanchez has played with clubs such as Barcelona, Arsenal, and Manchester United. However, Sanchez was not able to get more game time. This is because he has spent most of last season with Inter injured and on the substitute bench. Now, the 33-year-old player will start a new phase of his career with the French club Marseille. The discussions for transfers are going well between the two clubs.

According to Gazetta, Alexis Sanchez was always adamant about re-joining Barcelona someday. But to do that, he needs to play well in his game time. His move to Marseille guarantees that he will be a starter and will get more game time as compared to Inter. Moreover, Marseille fits into Sanchez’s ideal version of a team: in Europe and playing in the Champions League.
