Conte also claimed Son as ‘one of the best in the world.’

While sharing his thoughts about his student to his native press, Conte shared the following: “He is always with a smile and runs a lot. He knows my thoughts about him.”

“Every time I had the pleasure to speak about him, I can tell only positive things. We are very lucky he stays with us and I am very lucky to have him in my team. It is a pleasure to have a player like him. Always with a smile and you can see during training, always a great attitude, and great commitment. He is top class, with fantastic quality with the right foot and left foot, and he runs a lot. It’s very difficult to ask for more from your player. We are talking about a world-class player, one of the best in the world.”

Brutal training sessions held by Antonio Conte

Antonio Conte has begun his season with Spurs with brutal training sessions. Star forwards Son Heung Min and Harry Kane are a few of the players struggling with this intense training session.

This intense training session comes ahead of the club’s pre-season fixture in South Korea. This intense training session also combined with the heat led to many players collapsing on the pitch. Spur’s correspondent Alasdair Gold who is covering the club’s pre-season revealed the following through his tweet:

“Brutal training sessions under Conte. The players are being put through repeated full pitch runs after two hours of training. Players dropping out, feeling the heat and pace, before rejoining the group. Kane and Son among those feeling the pace, collapsing and then rejoining.”
