Reports claims that Arsenal had finalised the deal with Bologna in order to sign Riccardo Calafiori in this summer transfer window.
He is currently one of the best defender in Serie A after the performance he gave in the last season. His performance had attracted interest from several clubs, but he wants to join Arsenal only, he will be earning around 4 million euros net per season.

Journalist Fabrizio Romano have stated that Gunners have not raised their price above £42.3million valuation, talks have stalled because of the Euros but now talks have resumed and are moving fast after the exit of Italy from Euros 2024.
