ARSENAL AND EVAN NDICKA TRANSFER LINKS FULL STORY

According to Ben Jacobs, Arsenal are ready to open talks to sign Eintracht Frankfurt defender Evan Ndicka. The report also claims that the Gunners have already done the work to achieve the signing. Hence, the move is more than possible in the January transfer window. The Bundesliga side valued the defender at a 29million. However, a cut-price deal is possible due to his contract. The defender’s contract is set to expire in the next summer transfer window.

Jacobs also said,

“Arsenal like the player. They’ve certainly done their legwork and their due diligence and their scouting on him. “There’s a lot of interest in the player, not just from the Premier League but from all across Europe as well.”

Therefore, Arsenal will hope to secure Ndicka’s signature before other clubs decide to enter the race.

THE GUNNERS ARE GOING TO BE ACTIVE IN THE JANUARY TRANSFER WINDOW

The report also claims that the Gunners are hoping to make more than one signing in the January transfer window. Arsenal are also looking to sign a right-winger and a central midfielder. Mikel Arteta wants to add squad depth in January. This is to keep the players fit after the busy schedule of the FIFA World Cup. Hence, squad rotation will be very important this season.

Arsenal are also linked with the signings of Douglas Luiz and Jesper Lindstrom. Hence, the potential signing of Evan Ndicka will be one small part of the big puzzle in the January transfer window. A number of reports also claim that the owners of the club will provide funds to Arteta. Hence, this clearly shows that the club is planning its long-term future under Mikel Arteta.

Arsenal will be hoping to get their signings right in the January transfer market. They will also hope to stay top of the Premier League table and progress further in the cup competitions. The Gunners are also hoping to play in the Champions League next season after a long gap of six years.
