The Gunners are serious about this managerial appointment because Jonas Eidevall has stepped down from the manager position. Nick Cushing is currently managing MLS side New York City FC. He joined the MLS side as an assistant head coach. But Cushing has experience with the Women’s Super League.

According to the BBC, Eidevall resigned on 15th October. At this moment, Arsenal have a lot of difficult fixtures in the upcoming days.
