ARSENAL TRIPLE FITNESS BOOST PROVIDES A BOOST TO THEIR EUROPEAN CHANCES

Arsenal travel to South Coast on Saturday evening. Mike Arteta has provided injury news ahead of the clash against Bournemouth. It looks like the Gunners are going to have a number of players available to them. Mikel Arteta is going to have a near fully fit squad available for selection. However, Mikel Arteta is going to be very careful with them.

Fabio Viera, Emile Smith Rowe, and Cedric are all going to be available for selection against Bournemouth. However, all the players are going to play as substitutes for the game. This is due to a lack of first-team action. Last weekend saw Takehiro Tomiyasu and Emile Smith Rowe made second-half substitute appearances in the win against Leicester.

MIKEL ARTETA IS STILL LOOKING TO DO BUSINESS BEFORE THE TRANSFER WINDOW ENDS

Mikel Arteta said, ” Everybody’s OK,” the Spaniard told reporters when asked for a team news update. “As you saw we had Cedric, Fabio, and Emile playing with the u21s. They played with us and are available for selection.” However, Reiss Nelson is not going to be available for the match. Mikel Arteta expects him to be out for months due to a muscular injury that was confirmed last week.

Arsenal are also looking to do some business before the window ends. Mikel Arteta wants to sign a right-winger and a midfielder. They are also looking to sell Hector Bellerin and loan out Nicolas Pepe to make space in the squad for new signings. Albert-Sambi Lokonga is also reportedly linked to a loan move to A.C Milan. Hence, it is going to be a busy end to the transfer window for the Gunners.

Arsenal will be also looking to continue their winning run against Bournemouth. Whereas, Bournemouth will be looking to recover from their thrashing against Manchester City. However, the odds are stacked against them because of a strong Arsenal line-up.
