Arsenal is ready to welcome their new signing very soon as the deal between both the clubs have been completed and now it is just a matter of time before they announce the signing of their new player.
Mikel Arteta wants to built a new and more strong and improved squad than last year in order to win the Premier League this season. He wants to built a squad which becomes difficult to beat even by the teams like Man City, Liverpool.
Arsenal have just signed their one of the player which was in their transfer targets that they made at the start of the season. There were four names on that list and they have signed one player from that list. The names of the players are Riccardo Calafiori, David Raya, Viktor Gyokeres, Mikel Merino.
Under the leadership of Mikel Arteta, The Gunners have finished at the second position in the last season two season, where they have looked and played like a top level team, but they were unable to win the league in both the season because of Man City, as they were unable to Man City and Arsenal wants to built a team that can defeat Man City and can also win the League which they are waiting for so many years.

They have already signed their targeted goalkeeper David Raya, their list also names some expensive players, it will be difficult for them to sign all the players at once, but they can do it if they can sell some players. Their second signing also almost done, now they just need to sign two more players and it looks like if they pulled off both the signing then their team will look very strong and a team that can win the League.
It reported that they have signed David Raya from Brentford for about £27million, the deal did not excite the fans as the player was on loan at the club last year. It has also confirmed that the signing of Spanish goalkeeper have made cleared that Aaron Ramsdale will be the second choice of Arteta.
Arsenal have faced some difficulties to sign the Italian defender Calafiori, but now they deal done and player is now traveling and will arrive in London tomorrow, the club will announce the signing very soon. His performance at the Euros 2024 made forced the club to sign the player as they thought it would be a mistake to let a player go with this much potential.
The defender also showed his skills and talent in Bologna under the management of Thiago Motta, he is the one that brought the player to the club and he trusted the player and Calafiori showed the world that he can be one of the best defender in the world in future.
The Gunners are looking to sign all the players from their wishlist
Gunners have signed the player for around £34million plus add-ons as the transfer fee, the discussion between the player’s current club and former club remains in negotiations but it is just a matter of time as the transfer will go head and he will be the second signing of this summer transfer window for Arsenal.
Another player that Gunners wants to sign a striker named VIctor Gyokeres, he is familiar with the English Premier League and how does the league works as he has played for the clubs like Brighton and Coventry City. It is to be believe that he will be the next signing that Gunners will make in this transfer window.
There is no secret that Arsenal need a striker who can score goals in almost ever match and striker who they can depend on for goals. In the last few seasons we have seen Gunners facing difficulties scoring goals and it is because that they does not have a striker that can score goals.
Arsenal thinks Gyokeres could be the man who can change all this and can become the striker who can score a lot of goals for them as striking position is the only position where the club lacks in attacking prospective.
The last player on the Gunners list is the Spanish midfielder Mikel Merino. The midfielder recently won the Euros 2024, he showed his real talent in Euros where he played like a world class midfielder and it showed that why Arteta wants the player at the club.
