Arsenal January transfer target Mykahylo Mudryk has compared himself to Cristiano Ronaldo. The winger thinks he has similar traits to the legendary Portuguese forward.
He is linked to a move to a number of European sides in January. However, he has admitted that Mikel Arteta’s tactics have impressed him.

Arsenal-linked Mykhaylo Mudryk has compared himself to Cristiano Ronaldo. The winger has grabbed a lot of headlines in the news. He was linked to a move to the Gunners in the summer transfer window. However, Shakhtar has so far rejected all the approaches. The report also states that they rejected a 30 million bid from Everton.
However, there are chances that a number of top European sides will fight for his signature. There are also suggestions that Arsenal are leading the queue for his signature. However, they have only made inquiries to his agent about the transfer. They are yet to place a bid. Shakhtar Donestk reportedly wants over 50 million for their star player. The player also admits it will be very difficult to reject Premier League. He said,

THE WINGER HAS COMPARED HIMSELF TO CRISTIANO RONALDO
Mykhaylo Mudryk has also grabbed the headlines from his statements. In one of the interviews, he compared himself to the young Cristiano Ronaldo. He said,
” My inspiration is Cristiano Ronaldo because of what you can do if you work hard and believe in yourself. I like the way Cristiano plays. I see myself like that – a winger.
The winger has also said in the interview that he will not force a move away from the Ukrainian club. This is because he has a valid contract until 2026. He has also said he likes the way Arsenal plays. He adds,
“ It’s hard to say but Arsenal is a very good team with a very good coach. I like the way they play. Yes [it would be hard to say no] from my side, I can’t say no but the transfer is not only my decision and my word.
Mykahylo Mudryk has impressed everyone in the Champions League. He has already scored two goals in the Champions League. The winger has also been dubbed as the third-best young European winger. Hence, it is not a surprise that Arsenal and other clubs are fighting for his signature.
