Arsenal has reportedly signed one of the best young prospects from West Bromwich. Arsenal has just completed the signing of Lino Sousa from West Brom and is a huge talent according to sources.

The Gunners have had a reputation for developing massive young talents for some time now. They have produced the likes of Bukayo Saka and Emile Smith Rowe who have been performing at the top level for some time now. Both of them have represented England on the big stage.

Arsenal also has a lot of players within their youth systems waiting to break into the first team. Charlie Patino, Marcelo Flores are a couple of players likely to be in the squad by next season. Lino Sousa is a player that Arsenal should monitor carefully.

The Best 17-year-old of Arsenal?

Sousa has been quoted by many as “A star in the making” and “best 17 year old”. Arsenal has dug up a diamond and it is their job to polish and refurbish it. The 17-year-old made the move to the Emirates from West Bromwich Albion at the end of the January transfer window. Arsenal fans should be on the edge of their seats in excitement due to this news.

Even though he won’t make the first team in the near future, He needs to keep on practicing. And Arsenal needs to support and develop this youngster. The youngsters have carried the club for some time now.

The likes of Bukayo Saka and Emile Smith Rowe breaking into the first team and being the first names on the team sheet are a testament to the quality of players being produced. Them showcasing their talents at the top level should give players like Sousa massive boosts of confidence to represent the club.

In a couple of years, Sousa would be battling someone for the left-back spot. However, it all depends on the progress and hard work of the young prodigy.
