The Gunners have been looking forward to add a few more firepower to their team. The players have been good but they are missing that striker who can finish for them in the final third. A striker who will be able to score more than twenty goals per season for the Gunners will be really good for them. Bukayo Saka have been under a lot of pressure to provide goals for Arsenal. Martin have returned but he have not really been that consistent for Arsenal lately. Kai Havertz have been a very mediocre striker for them to be honest. However, he still scored a few goals.
Predicted Arsenal XI vs Newcastle United:
Nwaneri started for Arsenal the last two games. The youngster have been really impressive for them as well. The Gunners will probably have less attackers for this game. Kai Havertz have been injured but he will probably return today as well. He missed the last two games because he was sick. Martin will most probably return to the squad after he recovered from his illness. Jurrien Timber will return hopefully to the squad after his suspension too.

I think Arsenal will win this match. This is because a lot of players have returned from their injury. Hopefully, they will perform well. However, Newcastle United should not be taken lightly at all. They have been performing really well in the Premier League as well. Isak have been way too good lately. He have been linked with Arsenal as well according to reports too. Newcastle United just defeated Manchester United a few days ago. Their team is very dynamic and will be very difficult to defeat them in the Carabao Cup.
