Eintracht Frankfurt have reportedly made a last-ditch contract offer to Arsenal target Evan Ndicka. It also claims that he will become one of the highest earners at the club.
Hence, an agreement with the Gunners over a free transfer the next summer looks fake. However, the French defender has not agreed with the proposal of the Bundesliga side.

The report also claimed that the defender was furious with the low wage extension offered by Eintracht Frankfurt. It also claims that Tottenham were also monitoring the situation. However, the Gunners have won the race for his signature. The report also claims that Evan Ndicka is a straight replacement for Rob Holding in the next season.

Hence, it is clear that the Bundesliga side sees the Arsenal target as one of their star players.
Although, Evan Ndicka has not accepted or rejected the latest contract extension offer. Hence, it looks like Arsenal and Frankfurt both will have to play the waiting game. There are also claims that the defender is going to wait till the end of the season to make his decision. However, the Bundesliga side does not have any intention to wait for the decision. If there are communication from the agent in a few days, the Bundesliga side will sell Evan Ndicka in the January transfer window to avoid losing him for free in the next summer transfer window.
