Reportedly Borussia Dortmund will hold talks with their star midfielder, Jude Bellingham, for his upcoming contract after the World Cup. Manchester United are interested in the English player as Ten Hag seems impressed with his style of play. Bellingham will provide the much-needed midfield magic that United needs at the moment. At the age of 19, the player already has plenty of experience with the Champions League.

Borussia Dortmund plans for Jude Bellingham

Borussia Dortmund’s CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke told BILD:

“I think that as soon as the World Cup in Qatar ends (on December 18), we are going to have a basic conversation about what he really wants, what his plans for the future are going to be.”

Watzke further continued,

“We’re going to talk to him, his parents, who we have a very close relationship with, and of course, his agent.

“And then he should tell us if he wants to stay or if he wants to go.

But we don’t have to pretend the issue isn’t on the table. When the really big teams are there, we can’t afford to fight financially either.”

Borussia Dortmund will have to face offers from Manchester United, Liverpool, Manchester City and Real Madrid as they are all strongly linked with the player.
