Liverpool FC are poised to be in links with a wonderkid midfielder in the recent days. The Reds have a pretty handsome squad consisting of youngsters. Players like Jarell Quansah, Conor Bradley, Harvey Elliott and Jayden Danns have all impressed this season under Klopp.

The German manager is leaving behind a legacy that these youngsters have to shoulder and carry on. Nevertheless, it still seems that Liverpool are not stopping in their quest for talented starlets. One such name in the list is now of German midfielder, Bence Dardai.

Liverpool may be in search of a contract for talented wonderkid in summer

Besides England, Germany also have produced some of the best young talents of the world recently. Jamal Musiala, Florian Wirtz and Moukoko are some exciting future prospects. However, it is down in the under-18s where Liverpool are looking. As per the report from FootballTransfers, Liverpool have eyes on Hertha Berlin midfielder, Bence Dardai.

The 18-year old was the member of German youth team that faced English side last week. It was reported that Liverpool were scouting the game as their academy graduate Jayden Danns was on the field. Consequently, they were heavily influenced by the game of Bence, especially against Danns. Moreover, his connection with Hungary can also be a major bait to lure him to Anfield with Dominik Szoboszlai as the secret agent.

Bence’s dad and current Hertha manager, Pal Dardai, was a regular for Hungary, winning 61 caps and even going on to manage them in 2014. Liverpool, it seems, are once again trying to get ahead of the game with a player like Dardai. Though, it does not seem to be a one horse race for the midfielder as Chelsea are also keen on him. Should they beat the Blues for his signature, it will be a huge admiration for the management.
