Chelsea midfield player Cesare Casadei is one of the hottest prospects in this January transfer window, according to various reports from clubs in Europe. Casadei is valued at around £12.6 million currently. Chelsea consider him as one of the brightest talents. Casadei was garnering interest from clubs during his loan spell at Leicester City.
This term, the Italian U21 international has caused waves in the Championship much in the middle of the park combined with composure and great goal-scoring ability, too. Casadei has a tally of four goals with three assists in 18 appearances for Leicester, enough to show he possesses the quality to play at an elite level as a midfielder.
Casadei and SerieA connection
Sources claim Serie A teams Juventus and Lazio are keeping tabs as Leicester is keen to make it a permanent switch. Chelsea though are still not willing to see this young lad leave them permanently as they claim, Mauricio Pochettino prefers him.
