According to reports by Goal, Chelsea has sent an offer of £20m to the Brazilian club that has been accepted. The scouts of the London club have been scouting the teenager for a long time. The fans and coaches say he resembles Ronaldinho in many ways. The Blues are eager to get this deal done and enroll the young lad to Cobham.
