BBC pundit Chris Sutton has predicted Chelsea‘s easy victory in the upcoming fixture against Wolves this weekend.

The Blues have already enjoyed their 3-0 victory over AC Milan in the Champions League on Wednesday night.

Thomas Tuchel was sacked this summer after a stuttering start in the Champions League. Graham Potter was appointed as the new Chelsea manager. After this, he picked up his first win against Crystal Palace.

He will be eager to continue this form in the weekend’s fixture against Wolves. The blue are set to host Wolves at Stamford in Premier League.

What did Sutton predict for the upcoming fixture

In his BBC column, Sutton wrote:

“It was a bit harsh for Wolves to sack Bruno Lage so early in the season. They had issues scoring goals, of course, but it is not his fault that their strikers got injured.

“They are managerless at the moment and I can’t see them winning here, either

“Chelsea are finding their feet under Graham Potter and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has started scoring, so they should take the points pretty comfortably.”

Newly signed Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has scored two goals for the Blues and will have key role in Chelsea.

Chelsea could be on 4th position if they win at Stamford this weekend.

Former Arsenal star Paul Merson has also praised Chelsea for their performance against Ac Milan.

Merson said to sportskeeda:

“Reece James was outstanding and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang got his name on the scoresheet for the second game running, indicating that Chelsea are slowly starting to find their feet under their new manager.”
