According to the Daily Cannon, Pedro Neto will be making his transfer to Chelsea this summer. However, the signing of this transfer could not be worse for Wolves and Chelsea gives a huge boost to Arsenal. Wolves will be facing Arsenal in their opening match of the Premier League. This was already a very tough match for Wolves and now after losing their star winger things can be very difficult. Arsenal on the other hand are coming from an amazing run of games from their pre season. After beating teams like Bayern Leverkusen with a huge margin, Arsenal looks ready for next season.
Wolves also had a pretty decent run of games in their pre season beating teams like RB Leipzig. However, now they have lost one of their best players. After Arsenal, Wolves will be facing Chelsea in the Premier League. This is a very difficult run of fixtures for the club. Hopefully Wolves get enough time to sign suitable replacement for the Portuguese winger. Arsenal on the other hand are on a great form. Mikel Arteta has done great work with his squad this pre season. Players like Declan Rice and Bukayo Saka have still not return to the squad after both the players were involved in Euro 24 final with England.
Chelsea gives competition on the left wing position
The signing of Pedro Neto is difficult to understand for Chelsea fans. Every thought Chelsea youngster Mykhailo Mudryk will finally get his chance to shine this season under Enzo Maresca. The youngster performance in the pre season was also decent. However, now the left position is stacked with already Raheem Sterling and now Pedro Neto as well. This could very well be the beginning of his downfall at Chelsea. Now it will be up to Enzo Maresca if he prefers to play the youngster.
The left midfield position will not be the only stacked position this summer. Chelsea have a squad of around 45 players for next season. This will mean many players will be struggling for game time next season. Fans are still expecting Chelsea to make more signings this summer. The club is making signings without any plan or project for the future. After signing many young talents in their previous transfer windows, Chelsea still have no idea how to integrate them into the squad. Chelsea midfield is another position that is stacked for the next season. Currently it is very difficult to say which player will be the starter for next season.
Does Chelsea have the worst transfer policy?

Chelsea on the other hand unlike their rivals are signing countless players. Chelsea forced Conor Gallagher to transfer to Atletico Madrid after the midfielder was not included in Enzo Maresca’s plans for next season. The Blues have still not signed a suitable replacement for Gallagher who was arguably one of their best players last season. Chelsea are also unable to sign a world class striker this summer after being linked to many players. These important signings will be the ones that hurt Chelsea next season in the tough Premier League campaign.
