Cole Palmer could break another Premier League record with Chelsea

22-year-old Chelsea midfielder Cole Palmer is nominated for the Player of the Month Award. The midfielder won the award for the month of September. He would score 5 goals last month. At the same time, he would also take the Goal of the Month Award. He is performing consistently for the Chelsea. In fact he has managed to perform at the same level of some of the world’s best players. Many pundits also think that he will win the Ballon d’Or someday. He has already become a fan favorite at Chelsea. If he continues to play with such consistency, there is no doubt that he could win the Premier League Player of the Season too.

Cole Palmer to rewrite Premier League history?

As per wikipedia, No player in Chelsea history has managed to win the award for consecutive months. In fact, prior to last month, the last Chelsea player to win the award was Eden Hazard all the way back in 2018. As per chelseafc, if Cole Palmer wins, he would become the first player to win in consecutive months since Marcus Rashford for Manchester United in February 2023. The 22-year-old could be making history with the Blues.
