It is being reported that Cristiano Ronaldo have been offered a surprise escape route from Manchester United. Fiorentina is the club that is being linked to the 5 time Ballon d’Or winner. It has been reported that Fiorentina are willing to offer Cristiano Ronaldo an offer to join them next transfer window. Ronaldo had expressed his interest to leave Manchester United this summer. But there were no serious offers for him to take up at that time. United are still contemplating on what to do with the player after the interview with Piers Morgan was dropped.

It seems like the Ballon d’Or winner have already played his last game at Old Trafford. After captioning the Portuguese team in the World Cup, Ronaldo would be looking for a new club in January. According to the Italian publication Calcio Mercato, Fiorentina could emerge as a possible candidate to look to sign the player. Ronaldo had previously played for Juventus before returning to Manchester United.
Elsewhere the reports suggest that Bayern Munich are also interested in signing the 37-year-old. But according to a German outlet Sport 1, the German club is not interested to sell United ‘target’ Benjamin Pavard this transfer window. Pavard have been linked with a move to United for quite some time now but nothing is set on stone yet.
