Dominik Szoboszlai got chills while performing at the international stage for Hungary


The international break has been a rather great one for Liverpool players. Many players from Jurgen Klopp’s side were part of their international starting line-up while some came on as substitutes. Dominik Szoboszlai is a star for Hungary, already captaining the team at 23-years of age. Despite the popularity, the player admitted to getting chills hearing the crowd chant his name against Kosovo.

Dominik Szoboszlai said,

“There is harmony in the team, we are a good community, which is why we are successful.”

The Liverpool midfielder further added,

“There was something in these two games that we need to learn from, but we can also take a positive experience with us, especially in the second half.”

The Liverpool midfielder is proud of his country’s performance and he believes they could make more progress.

Dominik Szoboszlai’s performance this season

Hungary have been undefeated since the captaincy has been given to the Liverpool midfielder. Szoboszlai now has five goals in eight games for Liverpool and Hungary. The midfielder’s stardom has surely increased after scoring against Kosovo. Although he faced an injury recently that kept him out for weeks he is back to business. The midfielder’s pace, technical excellence and power made him the heart of Liverpool. Szoboszlai’s career with the Reds has just begun and the fans can surely be excited about what more the midfielder could provide.
