Dortmund in race to sign 16-year old Spurs prodigy!

Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund have made a shocking move to sign 16-year old Mikey Moore from Tottenham. The North London club are fighting to keep Moore at the club who has been impressing in the Spurs academy. The coaches see him as a future star of Spurs, but now they are in danger of losing him to the German outfit. The teenager bagged 14 goals and assisted 12 times for the club’s U-18 team in the Premier league. He made his first team debut against Manchester City, and was on the bench for Ange Postecoglou’s side’s final 5 games. Dotmund often signs young prodigies from England, grow them and sell them at significant profits. Jude Bellingham, Jadon Sancho and Jamie Bynoe Gittens are best examples. Their cunning yet strategic approach have put English clubs on a red alert lately. Miley Moore of Tottenham is potentially their next big fish.

Massive offer made for Tottenham prodigy Mikey Moore

Borussia Dortmund are luring Mikey Moore away from Tottenham with a massive offer. Multiple clubs from Europe have shown interest in signing the 16-year old because of his immense potential. Spurs’ academy is full of talented players but the kid is attracting the most attention. He has scored 4 goals for England U-17 side in the youth World cup group stage showing his talent to the world. The North London outfit do not even want to let him go on a loan, forget a permanent deal. They feel that he is very young right now, and any deal now can hamper his confidence. Last month he became the youngest player to feature for Tottenham in the Premier league. Dortmund who have scout networks all over England have noticed his potential, prompting the shock move.

Mikey Moore signed a fresh contract last year with Tottenham. However, the contract Dortmund are offering a “deal you cannot refuse” type deal which can easily lure the kid to Germany. Signal Iduna Park has seen the growth of many youngsters in the past, and they will love to have another starkid. The club’s atmosphere is perfect for a budding prodigy to grow his game forward and become a star. The Germans had signed Jude Bellingham when he was a teenager, look what he has become now. Both, Jadon Sancho and Jude Bellingham featured in the Champions league final last season. The yellow wall wants another posterboy to lead their club to glory and Moore has the potential to do it. Spurs manager Ange Postecoglou heaped praise on the youngster following his debut against Manchester City. He says;

“We’ve had him training with us for a while, I’ve been trying to see if we can get him some game time, because we’ve kept him out of the 21s as well, it’s a bit of a reward for him for working hard in the last two, three weeks as part of the first team squad, to give him that experience. He still has a long way to go, he’s only 16, but he’s a good kid and hopefully that encourages him.”
