Every time I’m back it’s good. Last year I went for the 110th anniversary. I tried to get to the stadium for the game against Rangers, but that was extremely difficult. I thought I would be able to walk past the people, but that didn’t really work, haha. It was also a beautiful feeling.

I left in 2008, but my heart remained in Eindhoven for a long time. That’s why it was so difficult for me to get used to Tottenham, precisely because of that. My body left the club, but my heart stayed in Eindhoven. The club remains special to me because of what we have achieved. Every time I come to PSV; I feel like I’m dreaming. Eindhoven still feels like home.”

The fans at North London will not be envious from these comments by Heurelho actually. Infact, his time at the club was adorned by some errors as well. Hence, it will not be a matter of concern for the supporter. Moreover, the goalkeeper was trying to explain why it never worked at Spurs rather than defaming the club.
