As from the PL, Arsenal, Chelsea, Man City and Man Utd are keeping tabs on the winger. At the same time, he also has interest from the rest of Europe. Sporting will ask big money for him. As per caughtoffside, they will charge no less than €100 million.

Should Arsenal or Chelsea sign the winger?’
