Harry Kane’s future still remains uncertain as the season is about to start. The Tottenham striker has been linked with a move to Manchester City over the summer. The Premier League Champions had placed a bid of £100m on the striker. Harry Kane has an asking price set of £160m and wont accept a penny under that price.

Even after knowing that Daniel Levy isn’t willing to sell the striker. Manchester City saw another £125m bid rejected by the Tottenham chairman.

The Tottenham boss did not play Harry Kane against Manchester City in the opening game of the Premier League season. Moreover, the player missed several training sessions but eventually has turned up to training last week.

We all are aware that Tottenham Hotspur missed out on the Champions League last season. Since Spurs finished seventh in the Premier League they will be playing in a new European competition Europa Conference League. Kane was named in Spurs’ 25-man Conference League squad, but the England captain has decided to stay at home and work on his fitness. Tottenham will face Pacos de Ferreira, who finished fifth in the Portuguese league last season. The winner of this two-legged tie will go into the group stage of the inaugural third-tier European competition.

Manchester City have identified Dušan Vlahović as Harry Kane alternative

Harry Kane pursuit has left Manchester City frustrated and they have started to look for other options. One of their main targets in that regard would be the powerful and promising Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic. According to Rai Sport, Manchester City are interested in signing Dusan Vlahovic. Meanwhile Atletico Madrid and Tottenham also want to bring the striker. Further the report suggests that Vlahovic has been in contact with City to discuss personal terms. Although Fiorentina want to extend his contract but a bid offer might change their plans.
