Henrique Hilário will join Thomas Tuchel in his England National team staff as Goalkeeping Coach after leaving Chelsea. He was already with Thomas Tuchel for a long time and he will be good with Thomas Tuchel as his partner as well. The former Portugal goalkeeper Henrique Hilário will join the staff of Thomas Tuchel on First of January 2025 in the English National team. England’s previous goalkeeping coach left after Gareth Southgate was not the coach of England anymore.
Thomas Tuchel’s fast thinking:
Thomas Tuchel did not want to spend anymore time. He decided quickly that he does not really need a huge number of staff in the squad as well. This is why he decided quickly that he should sign Henrique Hilário from Chelsea. The Chelsea staff were not letting Henrique Hilário join England National team on a shared job so the Portuguese handed Chelsea a resignation. Chelsea have been improving a lot as a club as well. The Blues are trying to improve even the staff as well. Fans are expecting a lot of changes in the next year as well. Chelsea have become a powerhouse in the premier League at the moment and they are rebuilding the club at the moment.
When did Henrique Hilário join Chelsea?
Henrique Hilário have been a great goalkeeping coach for Chelsea as well. He joined the Blues on 2006 and then he retired. He then joined the coaching staff of Chelsea. The Portuguese have been great for Chelsea as well. Tuchel also signed James Melbourne from Chelsea. He was the head of performance analysis for Chelsea. Anthony Barry will become the assistant coach along side Thomas Tuchel. He left Portugal as well. Chelsea should be focusing on getting a lot of replacements as well. Ashley Cole will help the team along side Lee Carsley. The team will become very good. The Blues will most probably not look for a replacement for Henrique Hilário because they already have Benardin along with Caballero. Ben Roberts will be the Chelsea’s head of goalkeeping. James Russel will be his assistant along side Ben Roberts.
How good is the Chelsea academy?
The Chelsea academy have been looking really good with the staff they had since a few years as well. The academy have been producing a lot of talents as well. This is one of the reasons why they should replace the staff members who left with the good members instead of finding short term members who will decrease the quality of the squad. The Blues have already improved a lot and have become such a good team in the Premier League since the last decade. Although they had a downfall after their UEFA Champions League win.
Chelsea rebuilt:
They rebuilt the squad by making a lot of changes to the team. They signed a lot of players and changed a lot of coaches as well. The entire squad was changed. Todd Boehly became the owner of the Blues because Roman who left in the Ukraine and Russia war. The Chelsea team then signed around 32 players in the summer. They improved a lot. They are literally a powerhouse in the Premier League at the moment. The Blues should now stay on track and focus on signing less players and replace the staff member that left. Also they should not forget about their academy players and give them a chance as well.
Will Tuchel be good for England?
Tuchel is looking forward to make a lot of tactical changes to the England squad as well. The Blues should look forward to replacements while the England national team should look forward to add new staff to the team. Hopefully after the departure of Southgate, England becomes a good national team again.
