IPL 2021 – SRH vs DC: Preview and Predicted Eleven

Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) will face Delhi Capitals(DC) in their last match in Chennai in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021. While SRH have played four matches in this venue, DC have played just one match here.

SRH are currently at seventh position in the points table of IPL. If they win they will climb to fourth position today. The team has done well in the least match. They will be looking for a win today.

DC are holding the third spot in the points table. The team have done well in Mumbai. But like others, they are also struggling on slowish pitches in Chennai. But they have quality players and will be looking to be the winning side today.

Inside SRH:

Finally, Kane Williamson got a chance in the playing XI and SRH had their first win of this season. Actually, there is no experienced batsman except Manish Pandey and Williamson who can hold the middle order. Manish is not in good shape. Young Virat Singh have been brought into the team,

As Bairstow, Williamson both are playing the team have to compromise an overseas bowler right now. Holder was in good shape but the conditions are not favorable. Kedar Jadhav had played the last match replacing injured Samad.

Khaleel and Kaul have done well with the ball. But Bhuvneswar Kumar is not picking wickets which is a concern for the team. Natarajan is already ruled out.  Rashid Khan is doing great, he will be looking to pick more wickets on this kind of surface.

Inside DC:

Axar Patel has joined the team. But it is not sure he will play today or not. Amit Mishra is doing a pretty decent job with the bowl. Young Lalit Yadav is also impressive with both ball and bat. Rabada has not fired yet but he may do well today.

Nortje is waiting on the bench. Steve Smith has played useful cameos in the last couple of matches. The kind of innings is required batsmen are trying to cope up with that. Shikhar Dhawan at the top providing good runs in the last few matches.

SRH vs DC: What to expect:

Nine games have been played on these slower surfaces already this season and it would take a miracle for these two teams to come up with a high-scoring game. Conditions are expected to remain humid. 150-160 runs will be good to defend.

Probable XI of SRH:

SRH may not change their playing XI. Actually, they cannot change their overseas right now. All are needed and in good form. Kedar Jadhav will get another match, young Virat Singh and Abhishek Sharma will be there as well in the eleven.

Rshid Khan is in the race of Purple Cap in IPL 2021

Bhuvi will lead the pace attack with Khaleel and Siddarth Kaul or Sandeep Sharma. Rashid Khan will be the key bowler on this surface.

Probable XI of DC:

Shaw and Dhawan are giving a good start at the opening. The experienced Smith, Pant, and Stoinis are doing good. Explosive Hetmyer is also batting well according to the surface.

Llait Yadv is an impressive young talent of DC

Lalit Yadav has impressed the fans with his mature approach this season. Ashwin and Amit will be the spinners. We will see Rabada and Avesh Khan as pacers today for DC.
