Is Football really the provlem?
According to the Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta, Carabao Cup “football” is very tricky. The Gunners had 23 shots. Only 3 of those shots were on target as well. Arsenal lost 2-0 against Newcastle United in the Carabao Cup semi-finals. In the press conference, the Arsenal manager said that the football played a very big role in the lose of the team. The fans are really shocked by this statement. Both the teams are literally playing with the same ball. Kai Havertz missed a sitter and then Martinelli hit the bar. Whereas, Isak scored a beautiful goal for Newcastle United and Anthony Gordon celebrated like Thierry Henry in the Emirates.

What is happening at Arsenal? Mikel Arteta’s football excuse is really bad. Arsenal are mainly facing a problem with their attack at the moment. They are drowning with injuries as well. Arteta is not even focussing on a buying a backup for Saka and new striker as well. Time is running out and if Arsenal does not think fast then problems will follow for them. Kai Havertz should be replaced as soon as possible. There should be proper attacking front line for the Gunners and no more excuses about losing.

I think that was very embarrassing from Arteta when he said that the football is the problem for their loss. He should really work on his press conferences as well as his excuses. The few trophies he won were not even major. I understand that he made the team a lot better than before but he have to reach the end and finally win the Premier League now. Time is running out for Arteta and the fans are getting frustrated more and more. He should really find a way to fix all the issues.
