Jeremie Frimpong has choosen Manchester United over Arsenal this summer. He hopes to move to a Premier League club this summer. Manchester United remains the favourite with Eric Ten Hag being a big fan of the full back. Frimpong has been one of the names o the list in recent weeks. His form for Bayer Leverkusen has been excellent and he has scored an impressive 7 goals this season from full-back.
Jeremie Frimpong chooses his destination
According to a report from BILD – via Sport Witness – Frimpong is leaning towards a move to Manchester United instead of Arsenal.
Jeremie Frimpong is 100% looking like a player who can easily make the leap to the Premier League. Evethough, defensively he is good he can improve a lot there. It is his attacking output to the team that really makes him better than the rest at the moment.
Praised by a certain Xabi Alonso as being a ‘special‘ talent, Frimpong is arguably a player who both Arsenal and United can benefit big time from having in the squad next season.
Jeremie Frimpong brings to the table what only some players are able to do. He is miles ahead in terms of speed, strength, and the ability to score goals from wing-back, he is quite the player.
If this is truly the one that Arsenal miss out on, then it’s one they’ll want to watch out for. Frimpong is quality, and Edu and co must decide if he is worth missing out on. Arsenal always needed a right back who could provide goal contributions. While Tomiyasu and Ben White have been brilliant signings they are yet to put a significant contribution forward. Arsenal hope they can get this deal done by giving the player a lucrative deal. Manchester United are also looking to ship out Aaron Wan Bissaka and trying to replace him with Frimpong.
