As we know Kounde has already established himself as a terrific defender. He is already regarded as one of the most valuable defenders in Europe.
His debut season at Sevilla already marked a spark in him. Later, it was ignited in Barcelona in 2022. Kounde had been a crucial part of the Barcelona squad under Xavi.
His defensive ability has gained him quite the recognition. He is tactical and agility has made him quite a valuable asset.
This Frenchman’s ability and the ability to execute the interceptions and passes is immaculate. Arteta thinks he can make use of this defender of his broken team.
The more defending vision, the more problems will arise for the opponents.
The maturity of Kounde is something that has mainly attracted the Gunners’ manager to the attention. He has been in ultimate form both for the national and the club. Still, this is going to be a bit hard for Barcelona as the north London club is offering โฌ40 million.

Arteta can make sure of his gameplay if he is not biased. A tactical approach to Kounde will be enough for him to show.
So, the 25-year-old could be a decorative addition to the squad. His reading and movements will help the overall defense of the Gunners.
Also, Arsenal’s economic advantage can come into play. They can make it happen as one of the most expensive signings, also providing them a solid defense for the upcoming years. With the challenge of being in the title race, Arsenal are ready to gamble for a good player to add to their squad.

The more we can see the more we can say that Kounde is becoming a discussion now. Arsenal have been interested in the defender for quite sometime.
His agility and flexibility have European stage shaking. He has been an important part of the Barcelona squad, their financial journey has been quite a roller-coaster.
With wage cuts and fair play regulations, the Catalan Kings have to offload many of their assets. A huge offer by Arsenal can make things easier.
But, Barcelona thinks that letting go of Kounde might prove fatal for their defense. Now, that the defense will have less support.
Meanwhile, Arsenal could make use of Kounde if use him correctly. Arteta’s over-thinking tactics might a star defender like Kounde.
As the January transfer comes near, all have their eyes on ARsenal if they can pull off this. But, I think Jules Kounde should not leave Barcelona. Arsenal is never good when it comes to big transfers. So, Kounde should remain in his own club and achieve.
