Juventus terms Arthur Melo as “unsellable” after disastrous Liverpool spell

Juventus

Juventus reportedly assume that Arthur Melo will be impossible to sell in the summer after disastrous spell at Liverpool.

As per Calciomercato reports, Arthur could be “unsellable” for Juventus in the upcoming summer transfer window due to his poor performance at Anfield. The Brazilian was sidelined due to injury for most of the season.

With a market valuation of £31m(£27m), Juventus will again prepare to loan out Arthur to get off the wage bill for another season. Though, it will be tough for the Turin based club to find a possible suitor due to his lack of game time.

Arthur has just made one apperance for Klopp’s side this season. He came off the bench against Napoli in Champions League last year, as he missed majority of the season due to injury.

But recently Arthur has made the bench on few Premier League games after recovering from thigh injury. This can be positive news for Juventus.

The Brazilian prepares to return Juventus with broken moral and crushed spirit. However the Bianconeri now face the challenge off trying to sell the midfielder.

With just 13 minutes of senior football this season, Arthur will becom a headache for his parent club. But it’s also been speculated that he is unlikely to again feature for Liverpool this season.

The task of selling Arthur in the summer looks impossible for Juventus. There is less chance of finding any bidders willing to match their asking price of £27m. The Brazilian will also like to forget his disastrous run with Liverpool this season.
