Klopp could find his next star for Liverpool in Ben Doak

Liverpool are well known for recruiting young stars who may become big ones for them. They aren’t the ones who make big investments in star instead they believe in strategic recruitment. Players like Steven Gerrard and Michael Owen are an example of it.

One of the most recent examples is Trent Alexander Arnold who got into the first team from the youth team. Jurgen Klopp’s eyes for talent help the scouts to find the best match for Liverpool dynamics.

Players like Mo Salah, Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino, and Andy Robertson are players who weren’t considered as starts but Liverpool signed them they become for the team. Liverpool won its first-ever Premier League title in 2020.

This player from the youth team could become another star for Klopp.

Talent has been brewing in the youth teams of Liverpool, but there is one youngster who has caught the eyes of Klopp.

Ben Doak is the one who caught the attention of the Liverpool boss. He joined the club this summer from Scottish side Celtic and has already been praised by the Liverpool boss.

Jurgen Klopp said,

“Celtic are doing really well and the Scottish game is full of talent. We have another Scottish boy in Calvin and another big talent in the under-18s (Doak), so it’s a cool place to scout again.”

The 16 years old who has been appreciated by Celtic coach Ange Postecoglou, has been showing his immense talent for Liverpool U18 and Liverpool U19.

The youngster already had four goals and three assists in just eight appearances.

Is Ben Doak to become a new star for the Reds?

The future is looking bright for the youngster as he showcased his talents against Rangers in the UEFA youth league.

In a 4-1 win over Rangers, the youngster scored in the 26th minute of the game. He could easily become one of the superstars breakthroughs into the first team if he continues to dominate his position in youth teams.
