Liverpool are keeping an eye on Jarrod Bowen to replace Mohamed Salah

With the Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp set to depart after the season ends, Mohamed Salah could be exiting too. Salah is gaining interest from several clubs, especially from Saudi. The Egyptian King got a huge bid from Al Ittihad last summer and they are expected to come back again. Salah has been Liverpool’s talisman with an incredible number of goals. The 31-year-old has 207 goals in 337 appearances for the Reds since 2017. Additionally, with his contract set to expire in 2025, Liverpool could sanction an exit if the player receives a huge offer. Liverpool have been on a hunt to search for a replacement for the Egyptian. The Reds are currently looking at West Ham’s Jarrod Bowen as a potential replacement for the midfielder.

Bowen is one of Jurgen Klopp’s favourite players

Jarrod Bowen has been exceptional for West Ham this season scoring 14 goals and providing 3 assist in the Premier League. Klopp has previously admitted that he is a big fan of the West Ham forward. As a result, it wouldn’t be surprising to see a bid from Liverpool for the Englishman.

Whiles speaking about Bowen, the Liverpool manager said,

“Bowen is probably my favorite player besides all my players I have to say. It’s great what he is doing and how he has developed.”

Klopp further added,

“It’s just great what he’s doing and how he develops.”

Signing Bowen will be difficult for the Reds as he is an essential part of West Ham’s squad and they won’t let him go easily. Therefore, Liverpool will have to offer a huge amount if they want to attract the England forward. The upcoming transfer window could be interesting for the football world with several changes set to take place. Bowen could be a massive signing for the Reds, however, it will require Liverpool to make some sacrifices.
