Reports claims that Liverpool is back as the frontrunners for the signing of Brazilian goalkeeper after Inter Milan refused to pay €15 million asking price to Athletico Paranaense for the player.
Instead of signing the Brazilian goalkeeper, the Italian giants have invested their money to sign Genoa’s Spanish goalkeeper Josep Martine, the club bought him with the aim of him being the long term No.1 after a long time.
Buying another goalkeeper means that Inter is no longer interested in signing Bento, which means Liverpool can push now to sign Bento from Athletico Paranaense, they need to push hard if they want to sign the player as they are not the only one in the race to sign the player, Benfica and Sporting CP are the clubs is also looking to sign the player according to some trustful reports.
Other than the three clubs mentioned above, there are two more English clubs who are also looking to sign the player and all the clubs are pushing hard as soon as they got to know that the deal between Inter has gone down.
Liverpool is pushing hard to sign Bento from Athletico Paranaense
Inter backed out of the deal and refused to pay the price to sign the player made the 25- year-old player mad on the club, he was interest to sign a long term deal with the Serie A giants.
Bento is hoping that some club should try to sign him and he will accept any kind of offer he gets, because if no club came to sign the player did not met with the demands of the club then he will be forced to stay at Athletico Paranaense.
