Liverpool looking to lure away Adrien Rabiot from Juventus!

Liverpool are considering to secure a move for world class 29-year old French midfielder Adrien Rabiot from Juventus. The Reds are keen to rebuild under new manager Arne Slot.

Jurgen Klopp would leave Liverpool after a legendary 9-year stint at Anfield. The Reds managed to finish 3rd in the Premier League in Klopp’s final season. Moreover, they would also clinch the EFL Cup after beating Mauricio Pochettino’s Chelsea.

However, Klopp would not get the fairy tail ending. Liverpool were looking strong through the midway of the season. The Reds would be on top spot ahead of Arsenal and Manchester City. A quadruple seemed realistic for the Reds. Although, they would crash out of the FA Cup after losing to Manchester United.

Moreover, they would lose their top spot in the Premier League soon after. Furthermore, Liverpool would also bow out of the Europa League after being served a thrashing by Atalanta in Anfield. Nevertheless, the Reds would secure a Champions League spot in the upcoming season.

Former Feyenoord manager Arne Slot has since taken in-charge. Subsequently, a transition is taking place at Anfield. Changes in coaching as well as a busy transfer window awaits the Reds. Additionally, some players may follow Klopp’s footsteps out of Liverpool. Slot is hopeful to continue fostering the Reds and maintain their good run of form by rebuilding the roster.

Liverpool eye Adrien Rabiot to reinvent midfield!

Liverpool would employ Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai in midfield last season. However, Mac Allister would play out of position in a more deeper role. Moreover, Spanish veteran Thiago Alcantara is leaving Anfield as a free agent. The Spanish maestro will be difficult to replace.

Harvey Elliot’s rise has relieved many and he could be a potential replacement. But, Liverpool will still need quality players to ensure squad depth in central midfield. French international Adrien Rabiot could be the ideal candidate for Liverpool.

Rabiot is capable of linking play and his dribbling abilities make him more effective. He is a good runner with the ball and not shy of working hard. Rabiot’s versatility in midfield makes him more valuable. The midfielder could play in a deeper-holding role serving as an anchor. At the same time, he is capable of playing as an advanced playmaker.

Moreover, Rabiot is well experienced and has made 463 club appearances scoring 48 goals in his career. Additionally, he has also won 47 national caps scoring 4 goals for the Les Bleus despite their star-studded midfield.

Top clubs lining up for the world class Frenchman!

Given the restrictions of Financial Fair Play (FFP) and Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR), it is difficult to sign quality players for a bargain. However, Adrien Rabiot is one such wonder as the world class midfielder is available for negotiation on a free transfer.

Arsenal and Manchester United are also lining up for the 29-year old. The Gunners could use Rabiot as an alternative to Jorginho. Meanwhile, the Red Devils may be considering the Frenchman to replace Christian Eriksen.

Juventus wanted to negotiate an extension for the midfielder offering him €7 million/year. However, Rabiot has refused the offer as he wants a salary of €8M/year.

Consequently, Rabiot’s mother has offered him to Spanish giants Barcelona. Although even Barcelona are not willing to meet the midfielder’s demands owing to their financial problems.

Liverpool are looking to secure Adrien Rabiot move and are capable of matching the required valuation. Meanwhile, AC Milan are also considering to sign Rabiot. The Frenchman could join the Rossoneri if he wishes to stay in Italy.

If Rabiot wants a new challenge, he may consider a move to England instead. Liverpool could be a likelier destination considering their Champions League qualification and gametime possibilities.
