Juventus manager Thiago Motta did not include Chiesa in Juventus’s plan for the upcoming season. The forward was told to find a new club before the transfer window closes. Chiesa has scored 32 goals and gave 23 assists in 131 games for Juventus. The Italian forward made debut for Juventus in 2020 after joining from Fiorentina. Chiesa was a standout performer after Italy won the Euros in 2020. Liverpool also signed Valencia goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili this summer. However, the keeper will stay on loan at the Spanish side for the 2024-25 season. Liverpool will try to complete Chiesa’s deal before Friday, which is the closing date of the transfer window.
