From the start of the transfer window till now, Man City has been linked with a lot of player. One of those player is Bayern Munich young star Jamal Musiala.
The German international is one of the youngest and greatest playmaker currently in the world of football. A promising report that claims that Man City still interested to sign the player and bring him to the team. But it seems unlikely that Musiala will join City at this point of time or that city will able to sign him this year.
Dean Jones is the person that have reported that Man City have an interest in signing Jamal Musiala. He also stated that the City move for the Bayern Munich star is unlikely this summer. But he also reported that Bayern Munich’s interest in Bernardo Silva could change the situation on this deal. Jones further stated that Musiala alongside with Joshua Kimmich has been named as the potential addition to the City’s squad in the future if both the players become available.
Man City wants to sign Jamal Musiala next year
Jamal Musiala as a player and the quality he owns have never questioned, by far he is the best young talent in the European football. Musiala has shown his quality at Bayern Munich and not only that he has also shown his quality at Euro 24 as he is one of the best player in the tournament.
If we see his performance this summer for Germany in the Euros and Bayern Munich in his young career at a young age, he seems to be the right player to join the Pep Guardiola’s squad where he can get to next level. Musiala with his age, his potential and technical ability makes him the perfect player to replace the City’s ageing players like Kevin De Bruyne and Bernardo Silva. But it is difficult to pull a transfer like that at this point of time
All the reports says the same that it is very unlikely that Bayern Munich will part ways with Musiala this summer. He is currently the best player for German International team and his potential as a poster boy for German football specially Bayern Munich will not push for any sale offer of Musiala.
He is a valuable asset for the German Giants, so while he is still valuable for the German giants who suited for a world champion life till than any move to any other cub is a no go for this year.
Musiala wants to join a Premier League club this year or next year
But we all know that the situation can change quickly in the transfer market, if Musiala wants a transfer and if he puts a transfer request after the Euro 2024 that could see him landing in Man City from bayern Munich, but for now it appears that Musiala is happy at Bayern, so he won’t be signing this year.
The Bayern star grew up in west London, he had a choice to play for Germany or England and he choses to play for Germany. Since then he wanted to play for a english club at Premier League after or when he leaves the German giants.
Man City interested are in improving and making their attacking line much stronger and they want to players who can easily change their position in the attacking line. They want to sign Lucas Paqueta from West Ham and Michael Olise from Crystal palace.
In order to sign these players City need to let some of their players leave. Bernardo Silva could be the player who can leave the club as he is been looking to join Barcelona since last year.
