Manchester City believe Xavi Simons will be perfect replacement for Kevin De Bruyne. Xavi Simons is currently on loan to RB Leipzig from Paris Saint Germain. The youngster is not having a great time in the French capital which can open a path to English football. PSG will also be open to the sale of the youngster if the right offer comes along.
