This won’t be the first time City sign a player from Wolfsburg. In 2015, City signed thier arguably best player ever from Wolfsburg. Kevin De Bruyne was making a lot of headlines in his time with Wolfsburg. It was in 2015 when City decided to approach German club to get the Belgian international. De Bruyne achieved 57 goals and assists in just 73 games for Wolfsburg before his departure from Germany.

Ever since his arrival, De Bruyne has been a n extremely important player of City. The Belgian international has been unstoppable havin scored 102 goals and providing 170 assists in just about 400 appearances for City. Along with Champions League last season, De Bruyne has won 6 premier league titles in his 9 year spell with City.

Pejcinovic is not yet as mature as De Bruyne was when he first arrived to Manchester. However we can hope he delivers in future and is able to follow the footsteps of Belgian. Pejcinovic has just 5 senior appearances for Wolfsburg. However he has been able to show his quality on youth level. The German striker has played 61 matches combined for both Augsburg and Wolfsburg youth teams and has scored impressive amount of 47 goals. Pejcinovic is able to represent Germany, Montenegro and Bosnia & Herzegovina. He at first represent Montenegro but decided to represent Germany from 2020 and has represented them in under 16, under 17 and under 18 levels.

City can expect a lot from German striker. Pejcinovic is extremely good in final third and superb in heading and finishing. He is tall and very good physically which makes him a threat to opposition. The 19 year old has a good pace and stamina which he uses to make crucial runs between the defense. Pejcinovic is very good in positioning and is able to hold the ball which helps him to provide assists. Along with attacking Pejcinovic is good in defending too when it comes to set pieces. He can also move back in midfield while drawing defenders with him which results in making space for his teammates to move forward.
