According to the reports, Manchester United are eyeing on Portugal’s in-form forward Joao Felix. Felix has not quite adapted as hoped in Atletico Madrid. One of the main reasons could be the polarity in style between his own game and head coach Diego Simone’s style of defensive play.

Felix joined the Spanish capital from SL Benfica for £ 113 million in 2019. Marca reported, Felix might be on a move once again and has come to a decision on his future, and wishes to play somewhere else.

Reports from Diario AS suggest that conflicts have reached boiling points and a departure could be made as soon as in January.

Rashford and Felix could be a deadly combination for Manchester United

Only if United were to succeed in their pursuit, the entire attacking department would prosper as a result. Also, it would have a great impact on the likes of Marcus Rashford.

With RRashford regaining his form back in the World Cup. He is finding the back of the net for both his country and club. It seems he’s able to recover his clinical power back and with his pace, he leaves defenders scrambled.

Erik Ten Hag has one of the most important roles in Rashford regaining his form back, he seems to have more confidence under the Dutch manager.

Meanwhile, Felix managing only 33 goals in 18 assists in 129 appearances for Madrid would certainly wish for an attacking-minded manager like Ten Hag.

As per FBref, Felix ranks within the top of 12% for assists, 11% for progressive passes, and 14% for dribbles completed, with his Creative power he could be a great use of Ten Hag and for United.

Rashford would flourish under his influence who is known for his clinical finishes and bursting pace, both Felix and Rashford could be a deadly duo for Premiere League defenders.
