AC Milan and Spezia will have plenty of talks in the coming days as numerous players will exchange clubs. According to a report, rumours are, that the clubs will trade as many as 5 players between them.

According to the La Spezia edition of Il Secolo XIX (via TMW), ‘the Ligurian club are firmly in the market for reinforcements in each of the three outfield departments to strengthen Luca Gotti’s team ahead of the 2022-23 season, which will be their third consecutive one in the top flight.’

Milan to Spezia

Also as reported by Milan News, ‘there are three current Milan players that the Ligurian side would like to add to their squad.’ One of them is defender Mattia Caldara. Both the club and player will part ways on a permanent deal this summer. Also, Spezia is registering interest to sign him and made significant progress with that.

Another player they decided to add to their squad for the upcoming season is Daniel Maldini. The young attacking midfielder will not get much first-team experience for the Rossoneri. He will look for a loan to move away elsewhere to get more playing minutes. Spezia also made important steps to secure him on loan.

Spezia to Milan

In the January transfer window, Milan paid €4 million for the Serbian forward Marko Lazetic. But due to lack of minutes, the Serie A champions might decide to send the 18 year old on loan. Again, Spezia is a candidate to take him on loan for the season.

On the other hand, Milan also might raid Spezia for new signings for the upcoming season. One of them is Polish midfielder Jakub Kiwior. The 22 year old made a total of 34 appearances last season for Spezia as well as MSK Zilina. Another one is French full-back Kelvin Amian for whom Milan enquired as well.
