The players that Chelsea have signed had shown their talent and shown that they deserve at the club, yet blues have shown nothing this season or the last one. They are unable to qualify for the Champions League for 2 seasons straight. This year it’s looking that they might qualify for conference League and are fighting with Newcastle United for the European spot for next year.

Whereas Newcastle United are being careful with how they are spending their money. But Chelsea are not thinking about any of these things.

But with no European football resulting in a hit in revenue, the best way to increase your revenue is by selling homegrown players. That is because they viewed as ‘pure profit’, profiting clubs to sell off the talents they have produced.
