Neymar has no interest in Newcastle United despite suggestions that he could leave Paris Saint Germain this summer. The report claims he wants to continue his club career at PSG.

PSG are going through major changes this summer. This is after their quite ridiculous Champions League defeat against Real Madrid. Mauricio Pochettino has gone as a manager. It looks like Christophe Galtier will be in as the new manager. Leonardo has departed as sporting director.

IS NEYMAR’S FUTURE AT PSG IN DOUBT?

Luis Campos is in as the new sporting director. This feels like PSG are going in a whole new direction. They have also secured a new deal for Kylian Mbappe. However, there maybe now be a big exit with Neymar’s future unclear. The local news reports report Neymar will have his contract with the French giants automatically extended until 2027. Although, there are still doubts about Neymar’s future though. PSG have been non-committal when discussing Neymar’s situation.

NEWCASTLE UNITED AND NEYMAR TRANSFER LINKS FULL STORY

Neymar won’t be the top dog at PSG anymore. Mbappe is the clear poster boy at PSG. That could mean a departure for the Brazilian forward. The problem for PSG is Neymar’s enormous salary. His salary is around £670,000 a week according to some reports. The salary is almost impossible for any club to pay. The report claims that Newcastle United would like to sign Neymar.

Although, the Brazilian has made it clear that he has no interest in joining the Magpies. Newcastle United is currently owned by the richest owners in the world. PIF’S funding will appeal to many players but Neymar seemingly isn’t one of them. PIF may see Neymar as a dream marquee signing at Newcastle United.

Yet it seems like Newcastle wants to build gradually with smart signings. They do not want to blow off all their cash on a player like Neymar. The 30-year-old has been incredible talent throughout his career. But it seems that we won’t be seeing him in the Premier League anytime soon.
