He also provides with the output after taking the ball in the final third. His partnership with Cucurella is already amazing in the way they connect on the flank and make overlapping runs. Liverpool are also in best position to sign Atalanta midfielder Teun Koopmeiners. He is said to be a player who fascinated Jurgen Klopp. He can be an important piece in the midfield alongside Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai. Manchester City may find it difficult to keep hold of their star midfielder Kevin De Bruyne. The player is currently on international duty with Belgium. It is an unlucky Euro campaign for Kevin De Bruyne after Belgium is eliminated by France due to an own goal. De Bruyne also had a poor run of games in the last match week for Manchester City. This could be the end of his time in Premier league. However its still not decided what his next destination will be. Reports in Italy claim the Saudi PIF has met with representatives of Kevin De Bruyne. Manchester City midfielder has “verbally agreed” to a move to Al Ittihad as he aims for a move to Saudi. We can also see the departure of Bruno Fernandes to Saudi as he can join his Portuguese teammate Ronaldo in Al-Nassr.

Gareth Southgate’s tactics are also criticized for being boring. Southgate has a big luxury to choose from some of the world class players available to him. However this is also proving to be a big problem as it is causing position issues for the players. England captain Harry Kane has told the players to “repay” Gareth Southgate in their match against Switzerland in quater-finals. Gary Lineker is also criticized by football fans due to his podcast creating negative publicity towards the English squad. Newcastle player Fabian Schar who is currently on international duty with Switzerland wants his manager Eddie Howe to stay at the club. Howe is currently the favourite to replace Gareth Southgate as the next manager of England.
