Enzo playing in the center, they team could attack more freely up front. Real Madrid also has a lot of players playing out wide. The team lacks control in the center. Hence the team decided to go for the Argentine who also wishes to leave.
Although their problems can be solved by signing a defender, Real Madrid wouldn’t push to 100 million deal that Chelsea demands. It is also noted that the Enzo signed till 2032 for Chelsea. With the potential transfer of Trent Alexander Arnold from Liverpool, Real Madrid wouldn’t go all in for the Argentine.
