Tchouameni: The Bulldozer

tennis player

A statistically proven ligue 1 box-to-box midfielder Aurelian Tchouameni has raised the standard of European football. With over 3.5 tackles p/g and 1.7 interceptions are the living proof of winning the ball back. He’s also getting dribble past 1.2 p/g making him a high-volume player.

Without a shadow of a doubt, tackles are welcomed, but it comes with no assurance of maintaining possession. A lot of interception attempt demonstrates anticipation skills and the maturity to snuff in or out before attempting a tackle. And it’s not that Tchouameni is only strong defensively, but it’s the place where he’s the best.

Tchouameni to Anfield?

The Merseyside could have signed him last summer and also were very keen on signing him last summer. Back then Tchouameni from Monaco would have cost the Merseyside £25milion. The deal couldn’t go through but has resurfaced again. The recruitment process of Liverpool is highly analytical.

Tchouameni will need to tick all the boxes and with his current performance, he has been doing that recently. In the wake of present circumstances, Tchouameni will cost at least £42million. At the end of the season, Tchouameni will have two more years remaining on his contract.

Amidst of everything what has led to a significant rise in his transfer fees?
One of the major reasons is that the Monaco man has made his international debut. and went on to make eight appearances for France this season.
Tchouameni scored his first goal by netting the winner in a 2-1 victory over Ivory Coast in the extra time.

Tchouameni to Old Trafford?

The news has been breaking about Man Utd bringing a much-needed CDM into the team. Fabrizio Romano in his podcast has also confirmed Man Utd is currently working on signing him this summer.

Monaco’s formation on the pitch has mostly been a 4-4-2 or 3-4-3 with two holding midfielders.Tchoumeni will be a perfect fit and will walk straight into the first team of Man Utd because of the formation they have been using.
