Tottenham are close to signing Clement Lenglet and Richarlison to strengthen the team.

Spurs have made an exciting double breakthrough in their pursuit of new recruits under Conte. Tottenham are closing in on the double signing of Richarlison and Clement Lenglet.

Spurs have agreed on a deal to sign Lenglet on loan from Barcelona. According to the reports, the France international center-back is set to join Spurs. The transfer is reportedly a done deal. Tottenham have been searching extensively for a left-sided center-back this summer. Josko Gvardiol and Pau Torres were also considered. Although, it seems they have settled on Clement Lenglet.

The 27-year-old was cast aside by Xavi in Catalonia. Lenglet was told to find a new club by the manager and the owner. It seems Tottenham have pounced on the opportunity to sign Clement Lenglet. This happened due to Alessandro Bastoni opting to remain at Inter Milan. The deal will also allow them to save funds for new arrivals. Yet Clement Lenglet is not the only imminent signing for Tottenham.

The deal for Richarlison is now nearing completion. Toffees reportedly need to sell before the Financial Fair Play deadline later this week. The player has all but confirmed his exit on Twitter. He told a child to be happy after his mother shared her child’s crying at his impending exit.

He had already told Frank Lampard that he wanted to pursue a new challenge ahead of the new season. Personal terms have agreed with his new agents. Tottenham are looking to strike a deal worth in the region of £60m for the 25-year-old. The deal is going to shake up the Premier League next season.

Both the players are itching to make a move to North London. The North London club have already made three signings. This is a clear statement of intent to their rivals. Meanwhile, Everton remain in talks to sign Harry Winks. The midfielder will become one of the first casualties of Tottenham’s busy summer. The signings of Richarlison and Clement Lenglet will be part of Antonio Conte’s exciting Tottenham revolution.
