Two players are set to Join Chelsea, While Romelu Lukaku could leave

Chelsea already signed seven new players in this summer transfer window including Caleb Wiley, Renato Veiga, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Marc Guiu, Omari Kellyman, Estevao, and Tosin Adarabioyo. Now more players could join the Blues in the upcoming weeks. While players are coming in, few players could leave the club this summer, including 31-year-old Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku.

Chelsea’s new manager Enzo Maresca is still waiting for his first win of with his new club, as the Blues drew their first Pre-season friendlies with Wrexham, followed by a 4-1 loss to Celtic. Enzo Maresca already signed players according to his needs to shape the squad, but it seems like the former Leicester City manager will have to bring in the perfect player for the perfect positions. Chelsea are now on the verge of signing two more players. One is Villarreal goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen and another one is a young defender Aaron Anselmino from Boca Juniors. These two players are on the line to the Blues this summer under the new manager Enzo Maresca.

Romelu Lukaku set to leave Chelsea

While new players are joining Chelsea, some big names could leave Stamford Bridge this summer including 31-year-old Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku. Lukaku spent the last two seasons on loan with two different Italian clubs, Inter Milan and AS Roma. The Blues are prioritizing young talents rather than using experienced players. As Chelsea are bringing in young talents for the striker’s position, such as Marc Guiu and Omari Kellyman, the future of Romelu Lukaku is very uncertain.

Italian club Napoli signed Antonio Conte as their new manager. Napoli wants to sign Romelu Lukaku from Chelsea, as the Belgian previously played under Antonio Conte. Osimhen was under the radar of Chelsea in the last transfer window, but that move never happened. But this season speculations are still going on as Enzo Maresca could end up signing the Nigerian. PSG were also in the race to sign the Nigerian but now it looks like that move is a far cry.

Enzo Maresca is still trying to find a perfect solution for the striker position. Chelsea’s main striker Nicolas Jackson is suffering from an injury that kept him out of the Pre-season matchday. So, Chelsea are looking for a new high-profile striker as the Premier League is just three weeks away. If Victor Osimhen will willing to join the Blues, we can expect a swap deal between Chelsea and Napoli involving Romelu Lukaku. The Nigerian international played 133 games for Napoli in the last four seasons, netting 76 goals. Victor Osimhen helped Napoli to win the Seria A title for the first time in 33 years. Osimhen’s addition to the Chelsea squad will be a perfect thing under new manager Enzo Maresca.
