IPL 2021: Virat Kohli definitely gave his best this year like always but RCB once again had a roller coaster tournament which ended with an unsatisfying result. Unfortunately, RCB hasn’t won a single title since the foundation of the IPL. Though, RCB played pretty well this year. They had a good chance to clinch the title this season.
RCB started their year with four consecutive wins in the first half and ended the league stage with a couple of wins again. In IPL 2021, almost every team had a chance to qualify till their last match. The fourth place of the qualifiers was confirmed in the last match of the league stage. This was the kind of competition going on in the 2021 edition of IPL.
The Phrase “Boys don’t cry” Complements RCB captain Virat Kohli
RCB had one of their best years. The team shown complete performance overall. But losing a match after coming so close to the dream is very tough. RCB always try their best efforts and play to their motto but the results are often not in favor of Royal challengers Bangalore.
Virat Kohli seems like a tough guy who doesn’t cry and feel broken. And same goes for the other RCB players. Though, the skipper of Indian cricket team shows aggression and wears it as a masculine trait for the passion of his work. Hence, anyone would be blinded by the emotional side of him that feels broken after unsatisfying result for such a long time.
In the eliminator when RCB lost the game, Kohli seemed vulnerable and subdued. Moreover, Kohli won’t be a captain for RCB from the next year. Everyone loves his passion for cricket and the way he plays with a smile. Results are something definitely not in our control completely. It matters that we give our 120% and that’s what RCB and Virat Kohli showed in the field. Though, everything that happens teach us what we don’t know and more about life.
