The ODI series between India and England is at a level.

While England would like to get a win in the final ODI, India most probably would not be making too many changes to the team.

Former India opener, Wasim Jaffer in an interview said that India should make one change before they go in to play the third ODI.

Shardul Thakur is the change that Jaffer wants India to make.

Additionally, Shardul can bat well down the order and thus strengthen India’s batting lineup.

India did not have a great day with the bat in the second ODI against England and crumbled for just 146.

Jaffer said that India’s bowlers have done well in both the ODIs.

So, they would definitely not be making many changes to their side for the final ODI.

Jaffer also mentioned that India would be able to break their Manchester jinx that has been haunting them for several years now.

India have never won a game against England at Old Trafford since the semi-finals of the 1983 World Cup.

The last ODI match between India and England at Manchester was played in 2007.

England won the game after chasing down a target of 213 runs.
