Tottenham would be interested to lure in a deal for Harry Kane if Man City offers their star plus cash

Tottenham Hotspur can full fill their star striker’s wish to let him leave for Manchester City if Pep Guardiola is willing to close on a deal to swap Gabriel Jesus and offer some extra cash for getting Harry Kane.

It was a disappointing season for Spurs as they could not even qualify for the Europa League this season. As a result of which their #9 Harry Kane has already expressed his wish to leave the club. While on the other hand, Manchester City despite winning the Premier League without playing a striker in most of their games would be looking to bring in a world-class striker as they failed to secure the Champions League trophy.

According to the British citation Dailystar, the Brazilian is valued at £70 million. While a similar amount in cash could tempt Tottenham to lure in a deal for selling Kane. However, Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy will be looking to keep Kane at the club for as long as possible.

What is the Possibility of Kane leaving Tottenham?

After having a disappointing end to their season Tottenham will be looking to improve their squad. However, it will be possible to do so through some swap deals plus additional cash generated through the sell of Kane. The current situation of spurs is even worse as first, they need to appoint a good manager.

While if Mauricio Pochettino makes a sensational return to Spurs from Paris Saint-Germain, he wouldn’t want to come back to find that Kane had gone. So it will be hard to see Kane leaving Tottenham this summer. However, Spurs have also shown some interest in Sky Blues striker Jesus. Thus, creating a possibility of a cash-plus-swap deal with the 24-year-old Brazilian. As it will be a direct replacement for the England striker. And it will also bring in some extra cash that can help Spurs to rebuild their squad.

Manchester City are also interested to include the 26-year-old defender Nathan Ake in the deal. However, this might not excite Spurs enough to go ahead with the deal. Looking at the current scenario it looks unlikely that Tottenham will let Kane go away this summer unless a lucrative offer is made for their star striker,
